Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days unless otherwise stated. All orders are shipped UPS or USPS ground.

Returns and Refunds

NO returns or refunds once the order is shipped. ALL sales are final. We are small business consisting of two people.

Missing or Lost Pieces

We try to be very thorough when packaging kits, but sometimes mistakes can happen. In the event that you are missing a piece or have the wrong piece, please contact us immediately and we will mail you a new one as soon as possible. We do NOT include extra pieces in the kits. If you lose a piece, then please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
